well, ya'all did better than me. we didnt get to the lake untill 10 a.m. was a beauty of a day untill 10:15, then the wind really picked up. then it started raining. trolling motor broke shortly after that. so we caught some shad and anchored down for some kittie cats. started raining hard so we holed up under an empty boat slip for 3 hours until the downpour let up. back to the trailer we went. only caught 3 smaller channels but they were fat as ticks. I was around the mouth of grand glaze. A huge thank you to whoever's boat slip we in. and thanks for not calling water patrol on us!!! Lol!

Its kind of a head scratcher,

    Caught dinks in all scenarios,
Right on the bank 1'-5' of water on laydows
Docks with brush 15' of water
Docks with brush 25' of water

Consistently holding tight to structure. If you weren’t dragging through the brush you weren’t catching.
