Holy Smokers! Glad to see ya pulled through!
And it felt good. Last Saturday...while deer hunting with Skylar my appendix ruptured and I thought I was gonna check out of this world. I was almost in septic shock and stayed in intensive care from Saturday night to discharged last night. I thought kidneys stones were rough...but this was unreal. It scared Skylar to death...everytime I mentioned deer hunting when in the hospital she would start crying and shaking her head. Glad to see some of you fellows are hitting the lakes.
Holy Smokers! Glad to see ya pulled through!
Now Stop Scaring the grandchildren!, go shoot some more deer then catch some fish!
Man, that makes me hurt just thinking about it. Glad you made it through it!
Dang Rick, retirement is not agreeing with you. Hope you get better soon.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.
Im glad you were able to make it home to enjoy that bath! That sounds awful, hope everything is ok.
Prayers going up for a speedy and full recovery and lots more trips to the woods and lake with Skylar.
Sounds like a scarey ordeal for you and the whole family... Thanks for letting us know.
Take it easy for a little while and make sure every thing is healing like it should.
"Just Like Iron Sharpens Iron... So it is that One Man Sharpens Another Man." Proverbs 27:17
Skylar is a special little girl and she loves her Pop...it still brings tears to my eyes to remember watching her at the foot of my bed every night reading the Lord's Prayer before she went home. Darn that was hard to write.
