Had another sucessful fish fry. About 260 people attended. We cooked around 2,000 filets. The raffle went well. Good fund raiser for our Legion. BTW, no one went away hungry.

Had a nice time @ the" fish breading " party Saturday morning. As we were finishing up a gentleman came in w/a 5GAL BUCKET full of crappie filletsDoh. I have never seem that many @ 1 time. We made quick work of them though. I also enjoyed the "taste testing" & the pumkin roll from the Mast bakery was awesome.Hands Clapping I heard the final count was 20 trays of filets w/6 layers per tray. Glad to hear you had a good turn out.Thumbs Up

Did not make it this year, but in the past it was good food. Will try again to make it next year.
