Wonder how cat fur would work.
In spite of their color blindness and lack of opposable thumbs, cats think they are expert jig tiers and won't hesitate to offer their advice... He knows he's not allowed on my lap while I'm tying, so after I've thrown him off a few times, he just sits on the arm of my chair and tries to snag the chenille when he thinks I'm not looking.
Happened to have my phone on hand, so I got him to say cheese.
Don't worry, catch crappie.

You know, I've wondered the same thing myself, but I think his hair is a little too short. Not that he hasn't tempted me to make him into zonkers one or twice.

I got a calico that would make some awesome tri-colored jigs...
Hmmm.... Wonder if I can harvest that hair she leaves everywhere.....

We had a white persian one time. its hair was long enough. it was also very fine. for weeks after we had to put her to sleep we would see her hair floating in the air.
