    well all those 8'' grew up, fished from 12:00 till 4:30 caught about 1365 crappie and then i lost count, ... they were hitten light, on the fall and just sitten still... came home with a limit biggest one a little over13'' and the rest over 10''.. man that wind was cold.... now for the good part.. fish were caught on 1/16 oz blk/ char bobby garland slabs.. all fish were found on drop offs and channel swings and thery were stacked like cord wood.. only saw two boats all afternoon....water temp was 47Hands ClappingHands ClappingHands Clapping

    Way to whack them. did you try any brush piles. I hope to get out on Friday and catch a few.

    tryed the bridge pillers nothing but small ones, didn't do brush piles but did find them on timber on the swings of the channels

    Good report Red!! Sounds like they are wanting something a bit smaller than what I've been trying to feed them

    i use those red sickle hooks that rogers sell and i loose a lot less fish with that wide gap, and it works well with smaller baits.....

    Great report RR. Know the channel swings in that area. When the water temp drops, they will have mud on their belly. They will stay there till the water gets hard. Glad you had a great day on the lake while I worked 16 hours today. Somebody has to pick up the slack. Enjoy the holiday
