Got on the water around 10 or so. Wanted to try out the lakemaster card the wife bought me for "christmas". What an awesome tool. Found the channel, drove up by the quarry looked like party cove in there. Kept on going, made it past the tracks (my 1st time) kept on going to Otter....caught quite a few fish in 6-10 fow on the drop offs. Fish were a bonus, lakemaster chip is awesome!

Nice report. What did you have before the lakemaster chip? I'm thinking about buying the Lowrance insight HD maps for my units.

I think it's contour xd or something. Whatever it is, it's not very good. I pulled out past the bouys, found the deepest contour and set the depth offset to like -13 or so and it was spot on. I like the lakemaster because there are so many forums and people willing to share information and answer any question you have. There are also videos that a guy that fishes Truman alot that has put on youtube. I'm no longer scared to go near the tracks!
