You fill up my heart

That's what he said to me tonight while we spent some time together fishing. The moon kept his attention when the fish did not. He noticed it changing colors as the sun set, going from red to white and every shade of yellow and orange in between.
Unbelievably, he made it until about 1am, when he got all the life jackets/perservers and made him a bed in the bottom of the boat. Even then, as I caught a few more, he would pop up and take them off the hook for me.
We went home about 1:30 with 37 fish, all 10" and over.
Catching fish is fun, no doubt. But watching him haul them in over, and over was more fun than I can describe.
Hope your day was as nice as mine!

This was the start of a super night.
