I'm actually out of Slab Sauce now. It's hand made in small batches. I'll be getting more shortly. Right now, all we have is Liquid Minnow, available here:
Liquid Minnow - fish attractant - $3.95 : bragNwear.com, Custom T-Shirts and Hats (http://bragnwear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=83)

What is the ratio or have you ever compared

11-11-2011, 10:13 AM
Never really compared. But using it I usually outfish my partner if he is not using it. And it has also at times turned what looked like was going to be a bad day into a good one.

Do you let them soak in the sauce or just rub it on the jigs

It helps fished 2 poles one with slab sauce one without caught more on pole with the slab sauce.

If you rub it on, it stays on the jigs longer. If you just plop it on, it'll plop off. If you rub it on, the scent stays with the jig a lot longer. You can squirt the Liquid Minnow up the back of Tube Jigs. If you do that, you can let'em sit over night and the scent will "set" and last longer in the jig. You can rub it on the jigs chenille if you got chenille on it.

It's made of bait fish oil and other fish attractants, thickened and made a little sticky. Like any scent, I don't use it all the time, I generally use it when the bite gets tough, and it does work. There are many testimonials to it on the site. Here's a link to a forum specific to the scent:
