A mold maker is having a contest, its the bass guys against the crappie guys, who ever comes up with the best bait pic in Nov. get to design the next mold. Of course I want it to be a crappie mold cause I am going to scream if I see one more craw mold made.Rofl So here is one of my entries to it. What do you think? These are not for sale, They were tough to make. But I will give them to one of our Vets on the site. I really want to win this thing cause I got more than a few ideas for the new mold to be made.

Great looking baits (almost a camo color) and pictures.

Sometimes I think I'd fish better with the .45s though.

I like em, I think they would actually work pretty good as well.

Nice baits, and good colors. What do you think about a background pic with one of those baits in a fishes mouth? The shells work, good for size reference. Maybe a few Magnums in the mix. I'm sure those baits can bag some Magnum size fish. Just some input. Good luck, lookin forward to the new mold.

    Baitman-

Is there anything we can do as a group to increase your odds? If the mold-maker knows you've got a lot of crappie fanatics who want to see a new bait -- would that make a difference?
