Forum member Ron Don makes some that are very similar to em that are scent impregnated called River Shads. When I fish plastics, those are what I use now and I used to ONLY fish BG's baby shads for minnow imitations. Check em out, I love 'em.
How much of a difference is there between a Baby Shad and others like Keiths/Baitman baits? I see the Baby Shads are 2" baits compared to 2 1/2" but a 1/2" can be trimmed off. Are the tails shaped different for a different action? Just curious.

The baby shad and southern pros stinger shad are identical, many other companies make similar baits like panfish assassin and dead ringers and so on, bobby garland scent wigglers are my favorite, designed to be trimmed to fit any length, and have the crave scent in em, smells like rotten seafood, crappie love em!
I clever quip fishing ironic statement crappie!
So the main difference would be the scent that they made with.
