I'm trying to use up the last of the fish filets in the freezer before we start stocking up this year (hopefully tomorrow).
Last night, I tried Golden Dipt brand "Hot & Spicy" chicken breading. I dipped the crappie and catfish filets in an egg and milk mixture and dredged through the breading. Very good with slaw and pasta salad and washed down with a cold bottle of Amber Bock. - Roberta

With my meal If I want that extra kick Roberta I add about and 1/2 oz. of
Cayenne Pepper in mine It seems to make them brown up better too
