    Default Upper Tebo

Went up from PP ramp until creek was only five feet deep and fished down along the channel edge. Best was in front of the quarry and down. Best fish came from 6ft of water or less. Caught big fish, 12's & up. Only had one 10in. fish. Not alot of fish but really nice 12 to 15 inch fish. Early the fish were shallow in the tops of the trees no more than 4ft down over 7 to 15 feet of water. As the sun came up they moved to shallower water ( 6ft ) or less. Used my ZONKER, chartruse & white was the best with an eighth ounce orange head. Chartruse & black was also good but not as good as chartruse & white. Released all , so get after em. Fished from 8:30 until 3:30 and the bite was fair all day. By the way it was Friday.

Sounds like a great day on Truman to me. Wally Marshall and OSS might be upset that you are in their stomping ground though.
