    Default Truman 10/26

got out this am with two knot heads from the missouri board, one buckwheat1 and one Kaz...... waited a little at the ramp on the rain, finally got started about 8??.... well all is going well visiting with a guy at the ramp then we decided to get out on the water, always take two rods incase I break one....... get to where we are going to fish pull one rod out and start to put it together 10'er.. and nope that ain't the one I want, wrong color jig on it...... reach down and grab the other one...(what the hell) it has a blue as the blue moon of Kentucky on it...... what these guys would do to slow a guy down, fished with for about 5 min........ and it had to go....... think we had maybe 25 keepers, we weren't keeping any and the north wind and a little rain drizzle were a cold damp..... most of the fish came from about 10' fow.. and I done okay at the very, very back of the boat all day with black/chart carrot stick..... not sure what the other two were using, wasn't talking to them at the time......anyway despite the jig change we had a great time and the marooned boat has been removed from the flat..........no kodak worthy fish, maybe a couple close to a pound, just good eaters.....Thumbs Up
