A bucket full of crappie helps the work week go down in the most delightful way!

The wife and I went on our date day. We dont do what most do and go to the movies she likes to fish so we do that. We hit the docks and the action was pretty fast alot of little crappie mixed in. We keep the nine inchers but I think that we have enought in bags in the freezer I'm gonna start culling nine inch fish. WE were using 1/16 oz jig heads with white and chart in color with a silver crappie nibbler. Although I think next time I go I'm gonna switch up to 1/8oz with giant minnows because my goal has become a big crappie. 13 inches and bigger. Not gonna hunt the numbers for a while. Look for crappie on structer in 10ft in water to the banks. On the one fish photo's the one I'm holding up I didn't do a good job on showing the angle of the fish because he was 10.5 inches but he had to have wieghed a pound and a half. Thickest crappie I've ever caught but no length hardly at all. Good luck to everyone God bless and good fishin.
