Another Pair checked in today from West side of state.

Bill Bercaw & Robbie Melling went to Lake Tarpon today on
scouting mission..................
They sure circled the Spec's in honeyhole found.

kept 31 and through back about 40...................

biggest was around 14 1/2 inches topping in at 1 lb 15 oz............
weight of 31 keepers 28 lbs 14 oz......................

Why don't these people join and post their own reports? Would help grow the site. Right now we have a dozen or so active members posting, be nice if it were like some of the other states with several dozen members posting regularly.

canal or open water? fish sunday on tarpon goose eggs!

They were spider riggin in main body of lakeon Sunday. I fished canal on Saturday,
caught a few, but nothing of interest or tournament size.... worked a few holes
in small part of lake prior to canal............seem to produce.

This lake seems to be a hit & miss thing............if you are in right place & time when
feeding starts, its unbelievable.............and 45 min later they are gone..............
than you spend 2 -3 hrs hunting them again............

Went last Friday. Got 16 but all small. Tomorrow, Wednesday, should be good.
