This is tournament guys from Gainesville - Jacksonville area have
been waiting for all year to show their stuff...............Should be good
turn-out for all converned............First time Florida Crappie Club has
been to this lake.............pretty level playing field.

Sante-Fe - Public ramp...............sign start 6am..........first pole
in water 7am, (8-pole limit) poles out at 2:30pm....................

GOOD LUCK TO ALL .....


7 fish weigh in prediction should be near: 8 lbs 9 oz.

Big fish prediction should be around 1 lb 5.5 oz...................

might be lucky just to get 7 fish with this cold front moving in

With the advantage of you fishing this lake as many times as you say ...........
Should be no problem to have lake figured out where they are no matter what
conditions should arise........Fishing is somewhat like courting, its as much fun in
the chase as it is catching the quary.

Weather says going to be decent for weekend......cloud cover would help....

slabkeeper came in 2nd with 7 sumthin pounds. I think i had a little over 6 lbs, if i had to guess i prob came in 5th or 6th sumthin like that, I think there was 14 teams. Alot of guys didnt even weigh in, it was really hard fishing with the front that just came through. All the pro teams did well and outta the amatuers i think me and slabkeeper held our own pretty good. Im not dissappointed at all. Darryl shared alot of info after the weigh in as well. There are def some bigtime crappie guys out there who know how to fish.
