kiss1983,
Are you fishing with float/minnows or jigs and how deep? I went Mon pm from 5-7 and only got 2. Worst day on EFL. Fished mainlake laydowns.

Bassky, my dad uses minnows under float, but I use a roadrunner. I don't want to give up our spots but we stay off the main lake.
How deep are you fishing?

Last Trip out 1-3 feet
Went out Sat evening. Caught 10 crappie, 4 keepers. Fish caught between 6-11' deep. Slow, slow, slow. Water temps were 66.

I usually cast jigs ,been trying deeper water ,yes i have a fishfinder on my trolling motor.,marking alot of suspended fish which i can never seem to catch ,.
Thanks for all the input ,I wont be able to get out again for a week or so ,heading to KY lake on Thur.
Same here, heading down south for a few days. Hoping the jig bite will be on when I return.
