For the past couple of years, we have had sightings and even a occasional pic in the local newspapers of Mountain Lion sightings. Around Bedford, near Bloomington, and north of Crane Weapons Center. Now for the past couple of weeks we have been sighting a Mountain Lion near Williams and today, this was reported.

This proves they are breeding and are here in the state so when your hunting in Southern Indiana, just remember they are on the endangered species list and not to shoot them if you happen to be lucky enough to see one.
