Default snagged in the upper lip

Living this close to the Sparrowfoot boatramp, being self-employed, and owning a boat just might not be a good thing. It's really nice to be able to get out for an hour or so in the mornings before work. Snagged a couple reall quality fish in the upper lip this morning. The first one was 13 3/4 and weighed 1Lb 6oz, the second one was 14 in. and weighed 1Lb 14oz and was shaped like a football. One of the best white crappie i've caught in a long time. Once again orange/char was the color(why change if its working)
Didn't have a scale or camera, but luckily Jared was there and helped me out. Thanks Jiggin15Name: crappie.jpg

They were both nice fish. After weighing it I was just thinking why did I not get a pic of the 1 lb 6 oz when I seen him go for the net. The big one was a football for sure. It had to be 1 3/4 to 2" thick. Was a fun morning for sure and I caught a black nose for my highlight. Also got to talk to Bob Jones and invited him to join CDC and come fish our tournaments.

Fantastic fish......congrats on that one. Man, that thing is deep. Well done.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish
