Default Crappie USA Classic (Ky Lake)

Fished the crappie usa classic for the first time ever and had a great time. Our first day of fishing wasn't how we planned it, but 25+ mph wind can change your plans...We started out in 28th place of 77 teams in the semi pro division with 7.67 lbs. We new there was much bigger fish where we started and changed our game plan for day 2....Weighed in 10.09 lbs on day 2 for 7 fish and moved up to 20th place overall. Did get $200 worth of Gift Cards for 20th place, so I can say I cashed in my first Crappie USA Classic...

This was a awesome trip and I hope to do it again someday. It's fun to toss back 1.25lb fish on day 2 because you don't need them, that's a first.

Congrats, sounds like a good time was had. It's amazing how some of those teams produce those monster weights.

Hey NP, you getting any of those with any size.
I was trolling a point for eyes a few years ago and was catching perch pretty consistently. All were pretty small, I was wondering if any grew up yet.

Yep, they been in there quite awhile. I've only seen small ones. NP probably knows where the bigguns are.
