I bow down...as usual ..to all you great Hillsdale fishermen.....slab, lbm....springhill #1 and #2....took the wife out there today from 2pm till dark.....not one fish....nada...nothing...maybe a couple bites.......SHOCKER I didn't catch anything.....looks good that I'll take the tiltle next Sat.....fished the dam...the bridge...brush....trees......NADA......had jigs and a bucket full of minnows....still got the minnows.....anyone know where a slug like me could go in the morning and catch some? how bout Pomona? any reports?

What huntcapn really wants is some slub up front operating the trolling motor while he sits in the back of the boat with a couple Caps and Coleman minnow rigs hanging over the side while he snoozes and naps while waiting for a bite in order to haul in those giant slabs. you r absolutely right Lee....that's what I call fishin'......forgot to mention Jana did the splits very nicely when she tried to tie off the boat at Marysville......so if fishing her outta the lake counts...I caught one..(but I better not say how much it weighed)..RoflRoflDoh
