going to Du Quoin city lake sat. anybody doing any good there?

cought five way up in the lilly pads around 2 to six feet

no crappie to day, couldnt find them shallow or deep. I guess thel ittle cold snap had em on lock down

We only caught eight Wed and they were all up under one certain dock. Might try today or tomorrow. Keep those reports coming!

we didnt find any around docks over the week end. Ben sick the past couple of days and hope the weekend is nice.

Took my son out Mon but only caught three. The place was packed though with most people fishing up in the pads. (I only caught one there). Might try again tomorrow or Thurs. Need to get down and give Kinkaid a try also. Good luck!

friends of mine caught 40 bluegill and a couple of catfish in the pads. No crappie though.

Gills are up in the pads big time. With the crappie back out on deeper cover

Do you think they have spawned out already or just moving in and out with the weather? I may try there this morn. when I get home from work. Would anyone like to tell me some secret spots out there???

I am fairly certian they have spawned out by now. If you are still fishing for them try the duck blind up on the north end thats out in the middle. Get your jig way up in there and tight to the structure. Otherwise look in the coves on the west side by the timber. good luck
