Hit the water at day break. First tried for bass with all shorts, then switched over to Crappie. Hit them by the dam on the good ole Black & Chartreuse, Pink & White, Black & Blue Entyzer Jigs in 18 fow suspended at 8'-10'. Didn't matter if they were tipped with a minnow or not! On the way back to the landing saw White Bass boiling after shad and couldn't resist. Action was hot for about 45 minutes then died off. Nothing more fun than hitting them almost every cast on an ultra light with 2lb test!

I was actually on the edge of a drop off. The locator didn't show any brush. I dropped down to a few cranks off the bottom and never got hung up. They seemed to be suspended on the breezier side of the points. A little later when the wind picked up it was a little tougher to stay on them but still managed to finish off the bag! The point closest to the dam!
