Running 2 jigs per line is gonna cause ALOT of tangles. There just isnt any way around that. I started off with 2 per line but eventually got tired of cutting lines to get the birdnest straightened out so now I just pull 1 per line. If I want them to run deeper (such as 2 jigs per line would) then add a splitshot. I've found you will catch just as many fish off 1 jig per line as having 2 per line. If theyre biting...theyre biting, and one jig per line will keep you more than busy. And if they arent biting you can drag a trotline of jigs behind the boat and they still wont bite. I hope this helps.

That is awesome on the lake in the wind boat blowing catch the hook in your shirt pocket, and still tie 3 jigs in less than 3 minutes.

That's good Wilbur. Been toying with different knots and that's a good un.

Swivel then the same set up as mentioned. IMO the main part is to have your poles spaced out properly and the longest rods to have the most line out to avoid tangles.
I aint here to tell you anything. You want to know what Im doing....pm me and meet me on the lake.

I've had good luck putting a heavier jig on the bottom and a lighter one a couple feet above , if I put the light one on the bottom I get all kindsa tangles

I will put on a swivel and then follow that with a loop knot with a tail long enough to tie another loop knot about 12-15" back.

I think the second jig WILL induce a strike merely because it seems to be lagging behind. I don't seem to have any tangling issues.
