Since it's windy today I been pouring 2oz bank sinkers from my new mold. Just made 200 of them. Mold only makes 4 at a time, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty fun. I use them on my catfish jugs. I used to buy them, but already in the plus once I use/lose my first 50 sinkers...

I want to find a jig mold that has a good hook size but has a very light head (like 1/60 oz) or so...Not sure on the hook size.

sac, have you tried 'do-it' molds? they have molds for heads that small, you may have to modify it yourself to accept a larger hook. i always use the biggest head they will hit cause you can catch more by gettin back down quicker. use 3/32 oz mostly, 90% of the time, use 1/16 and 1/32 bout 10% of the time. this is when castin. i ty bucktails and use them 90% 4 castin. use roadrunners mostly for flatlinin. and hal flys for titelinin.usually 1/16 oz when trollin.

You can find some sweet deals for do it molds on EBAY. I just picked up a brand new Bullet head mold for $15. Don't know if I have ever seen a commercialy made mold in 1/60oz. I think that would be a special made mold .
You can buy blanks if you know someone with a CNC or a Bridgeport.
What about taking a small split shot that weight and crimping it on a hook?
