Anything on the Barkley bite ?

Wondering if anyone has any infor on the Barkley bite, going there next month on the 8th, just wondering how things are doing ?

The bite has started , you will hit it good people are catching now but not many limits . Good Luck

I caught a few fishing fishing shallow Saturday. Just barely keeping size but tasted mighty fine, especially when you haven't had fresh fish in a while. Even caught a 2 lb. bass and fried a couple of good sized fillets off it. Tasted good too, figured it must be because of the company he was keeping in the fryer. End of Oct. should be excellent.

I've heard most people are catching them with minnows right now but I caught mine on jigs.
