    Default Question on Tying Spider Rigs


    I'm now using 10/2 braid on my poles but most of my pretied spider rigs are still mono. Do ya'll still use mono or have you switched to braid on those also? Seems like with braid you would lose less hooks and jigs.

    I still use mono. Much as I fish, it gets changed out often.

    I still tie my rigs with mono. I tried braid for the main line on my long poles but it wrapped around the tips so bad I had to take it back off.
