Many areas of Texas have experienced 85-95 days of temperatures over 100 from May - August, 2011. September continues with the 100 degree temperatures with today's at 104 in Abilene. Sure makes it hard on those crappie in the lakes.

Looks like it might take a few 'rebuilding years' whenever the water does come back into your lakes. From the looks of some of those pictures it might take years before the whole lake fills up too.Thanks for sharing those pictures. Great presentation.......but I feel for you guys wanting to fish.
