but, this would still be my "advice" (for this time period): http://www.crappie.com/gr8vb3/showthread.php?t=17828
I would also consider using this method, especially if another cold front has moved thru just before tourney time : http://www.crappie.com/articles/crappiepappy.htm
This might also be of some help, to monitor any water level changes (in the event of rains pre-tourney) : http://www.lrl.usace.army.mil/wc/reports/lkreport.html
You can also click on the elevation number, for Taylorsville Lake, under the "Todays Pool Feet" listing ... this will take you to a "flow chart", showing the elevation/precip/outflow rate over the past time period. Monitor this chart during the week leading up to the tourney. This will give you a good idea of water level elevation changes, if any, and may help you pattern their movements (fluctuations = movements towards or away from spawning beds ... stable elev. = continued movement towards shallow spawning banks).
