The weather around where I live is supposed to be in the mid- to lower fifties this week after four days of sixty to seventy drgree weather this past weekend. How would I fish this situation? I know from reading around that the crappie like to begin thier spawn once the weather is consistantly warm, but I don't know if the weather has been warm for long enough to begin fishing. I know this might seem a little confusing, but give it your best shot.
Thanks
Cold fronts can send the fish to deeper water-usually the closest if they have started to spawn.Water Temps. are the main factor, I would say depending on the Temp. try Pre spawn Areas, flats, ect., in the 10-15 ft. range. The spawn usually starts when water is in the 60* range. hope I helped and didnt confuse you!!
