    Took my buddy Barry and we culled out a double limit of Crappie 10'' and larger today. Heat did'nt effect the bite at all.

    The main jig was my go to 99.99 percent of the time . I use a Southern Pro 2'' Umbrella tube on a unpainted 1/8 oz leadhead. I push the leadhead up inside the tube bait. They seemed to favor purple metal flake with Chartruse tail.

    I have never done anygood with those jigs, I am glad to see they work for some, thanks for the info
