Crappie are poor. No reports of crappie being caught courtesy of the lake attendant. This was my first time on the lake today and I had little knowledge of the lake....read a few articles that just west of the old Arena Rd. bed was a known crappie area, so I headed there. I also had my hands tied a bit because I havent put the new depth finder on the boat. I was told that the sandies have moved into the shallows and are being caught, but I need to spend a bit more time on the lake with the depthfinder. I caught 1 largemouth and no crappie bites.

If anyone fishes this lake, pass along a couple of spots to check out for crappie; I would be much obliged.

Newbie to the website, but this looks very nice.
