Man, that looks like a big scaler. Have you tried it yet?

OK......I see the water hose fitting and the valve.....where is that water going? and how do you keep the water off of that electric motor?
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Water pipe is the axle, basket turns pipe does not. pipe has small holes drilled in the bottom all the way across. this washes the scales off as it is turning. it works really well. will scale a five gallon bucket of fish in about five minutes. and it will hold a five gallon bucket of fish. It does need a splash guard for the motor we have a piece of plexy glass we put on when we use it, no problems so far. I almost allways ice my fish and clean the next day. the larger ones I filet with electric knife I will throw them in and run for 30 sec to 1 min, gets all the slime off. My Father-in-law has used it to wash turnip greens lol

This is our proto-type, we sort of made it up as we went, saw a MUCH larger one on the coast they used to clean the charter boats catch. motor on top is a very good idea. all the water runs down
