    Default Mark Twain Report

    8/13/11 CrappieMasters Tournament

We only boated 25 crappie, 7 of those went 13+". All fish were caught vertical jigging the standing timber in 18' - 11' FOW (fishing in the stained to muddy water). We used 10' Pro Angler Rods, 15lbs Spiderwire, 1/8 once Mo Glo jig heads. Blake/Pink Slab Slayers and Outlaw Scent Wiggl'r (Bobby Garland). No winnows.....

    Good luck-

Sounds just like a Truman report lately. I got your dad to autograph his article in Crappie World magazine a while back for me. Keep it up Kevin and I may need your autograph to. Congrats on another great win and a push up the standings for the MO state champions. Final leg on your home waters of Truman. So we expect nothing less than another victory and a state title along with it. We will be cheering you two on.
