Default Would like to get your opinions on a jig style

I like to cross over from fly patterns to jigs a good bit and this is one of my latest one that I came up with. I may have the tail fibers a tad long, but it may do well as it is too. So please tell me what you think.

    It's a 1/32 Oz. with #6 hook.

I like any jig, that puts crappie in the boat. Yours are great though, they are like works of art. I be scared to fish with them, in case I lost one.:D

Thank you, but it's just a jig and I loose them since this lake is just a flooded Forrest the tree fish get a lot sometimes. I do use 10 # braid a lot and usually can get them back or at least get enough back from the wood monster.

Skip, that's a good looking jig. My first thoughts was a dragonfly. I love the color combination too. That should put fish in the boat.Thumbs Up

Being a light head it should fall pretty slow. As always, nice work.

I have so many new ideas I can't get to fast enough, LOL! I have a fly that I am going to tie soon that I feel will be a killer spring crappie bait. Also a lot of CDL new stuff I still have yet to try and this stuff just makes my brain run crazy.
