    Default August 6 and 7 fishing Osage


    We headed out at dark-thirty both mornings to beat the heat. First day we had better results fishing in 12-15 ft. of water fishing 9 or 10 feet deep. We were using a hook and minnows. Every fish we caught except one was at least 9". Kept our limit of fish over 10". Sunday we had our luck fishing 18-20 feet of water and caught most fish about 3 feet off bottom even really early. Sunday we caught about a dozen "dinks" but the overall size was better than Saturday. Fished timber on flats.
