I went out a few days ago. It was not crappie fishing but it has to be done. I went to Lake Mich to get some Coho and Brown trout. We caught 27 coho in about 3 hours.

Went to Kickapoo two days ago and caught one nice crappie, a couple of small bluegill, and several bass, some nice. Lots of fish were hanging on the edge of a cove 15 feet deep, just waiting for the temp to go up a couple of degrees.

Hey Rock, were you out on the michigan city pier? I have never gotten into coho but would love to sometime. I have been to the pier a couple times but have never done very well. It's a long drive for me but hopefully one of these times will pay off. I 've heard coho are pretty good eatin..........treepotato

Rock, 27 cohos!!! Wow you really hit them big time! I've been in Florida to visit my dad who's in the hospital but I'm back now. Itching to get out this week. I might hit Lake George and will report.

Went to Hardy yesterday. Got skunked. Water up and muddy. Temprature in spots around 53 degrees. If the weather settles down should get better quick.
