Watershed Fishing Trip

Hey Everybody. Fished the watershed west of Paris today, the one everyone calls 5 finger lake. Three of us fished from about 7:45am to 10:30am not very long really. We caught about 25 crappie and a few bass. only about 20 of the crappie were keeper size with one that went about 13 inches. We used jigs tipped with minnows. I started with a black/chart. skirt then swithed over to a pink/white skirt when Dad started getting more bites on that color combo. All in all it was a good time, though I broke the prop on the trolling motor first thing.
