Default Charlie Brewer Crappie Slider Report.

I found a bed this summer that is so thick and hairy that it is almost impossible to to drop down into and bring back up. Maybe the man on the trolling motor can squeak buy but if you move at all the your partner is hung. Anyway I found that there were some big black crappie about 2 ft of the bottom in this bed but we were having a hard time. So I had bought some of the sliders and tried them out and they worked awesome. We could come right through the brush with no hang ups and they caught fish. I wish they made some glow chart but I guess I can't have it all. HA.

Have any of you fished them much?

they make chart w/ a red paddle tail, or did since I have some in the boat.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Love sliders in the spring but i've never liked rigging them weedless but it sounds like you've got them figured out, good work.
