    Default New to the board


    Hi everyone. I am a transplant to Florida from PA. And have spent the last seven years learning to fish the St Johns River. I catch crappies all year long not just in the winter like most around here and I catch them shallow (less than ten feet) summer and winter. Lots of two lb. Fish ( I use a scale) Jigs only! It's hard to get this PA. Crappie nut to fish for anything other than specks oops crappies. Anyone wanting a Florida report feel free to ask.Crappieday

    Welcome. Join us the FL board. There are some of us speck fish year round down here. On the Florida board you can say Speck and we know what your talking about.

    Welcome, where are you in Florida? I see ya mentioned the St. Johns so I imagine central Florida. You happen to be the man I talked to at Gander Mountain a couple weeks ago?
