    Default fletcher flood waters ice fishing


    christmas time fished these waters and only managed one crappie, but were really targeting pike. set up one tip up for pan fish and landed this crappie so next year will do more targeting of those fish

    Hey fish crazy, I have another pike photo for you. I caught this fish in early October at Heinz Park (Livonia). I was just playing around while I waited for my wife to let me know she was ready for me to come pick her up. I put on a small jig (black head w/green skirt) w/my light pole (5' 4lb test). I was just seeing what was there and behold I caught a 32" pike. Here's the web address, don't know how to do the pics yet. :o

    I'd rather be on the lake enjoying the thrill of my rod telling me there's a fish on the end of my line. :D

    Nice looking pike pictures. What kind of bait do you use to consistently put them in the boat? The only time I caught them was by fishing for something else...something a lot smaller too...my first one was 20" and I was very happy.
    I'd rather be on the lake enjoying the thrill of my rod telling me there's a fish on the end of my line. :D
