best trolling spinner reel

I am in the market for some better reels. I currently have the 8 dollar high teks. I was thinking about the Crappie max 1000's.

Daiwa sweepfire 1000's, great little reel , 13 bucks

Do they have a smooth drag and how many ball bearings. The little high teks have a rough drag with one bearing. I peel line off reel to get enough line out to get fish to net. So smooth drag is important
