Bucktail jigs and trolling Kastmaster spoons with the white hair at the bottom of the treble hook. If I am super desperate to get on them I found the Whites and Hybrids (Wipers) love chicken livers on a treble hook.
Everyone has a GO-TO lure when everything else fails to produce fish. What's yours??

I start out with deep crankbaits, if i see no action or feel nothing, i switch to spinnerbaits and in-line spinners. If i see some action in the water or slight tugging, I'll switch to a more shallow crankbait. If nothing works after either of those, i choose a new spot.
2" white curly tail crub on a 1/8 oz jig head. 100 series bandit (chrome/blue) is a close 2nd when seeing them bust the top.
I would have to say I use a crazyblade or a little George almost 90% of the time
Depends on how deep they are, and time of day, but :
(casting)
Roadrunner ... shallow to mid depths
Kastmaster ... shallow to deep
Silver Buddy ... shallow to deep
Rooster Tail ... shallow
Little George ... deep
"Plunker & fly" (topwater popper w/marabou jig on leader) .... topwater "jumps" bait
(trolling)
Deep diving crankbait w/marabou jig on trailer leader ... moderate to deep depths
Silver Buddy ... medium depths
Roadrunner ... shallow depths
(night fishing)
Shad
Silverside
Minnow
I don't really have a "go to" bait for White Bass/Hybrids, overall ... but, these "listed" baits have taken their toll over the years. I pick my bait in accordance with the fish I'm after, and where they're located in the water column, as well as their activity mood.

Sand blaster no matter how deep. If they're in the shallows I'll throw it right up there. Close second is a 300 series bandit in sexy shad. Same with these, I'll throw this deep diver is shallow water (2' or deeper) and let it tear through the bottom. Drives them crazy!
Third bait it tied between cast master and silver fox.

My wife lets me buy all the rods and reels I can hide.
Topwater for these guys is great, and that's where most of mine are caught. Pop-R, Nip-I-Diddee, Tiny Torpedo, and light braid for the super long cast. Haven't tried a Little George but I would imagine it's hot.
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
x2...a little George almost 90% of the time
