Anyone have plans for the 4th of July?

I'll be at Yellow Lake in Burnett County from July 2nd till July 9th fishing for slabs.Maybe we'll see some of you out and about.I'll give a report when I get back.Happy 4th all!

We had terrible weather up in NW Wisconsin on July 1st.Tornado's ripped through Grantsburg,Siren,Webster,Webb Lake,Spooner,well pretty much all of Burnett County.....killing 3 elderly people and a 6 year child in Siren.Trees are down everywhere.Here is a link I found on the storm. http://www.crh.noaa.gov/dlh/?n=1jul2011_extremewind

The fishing was quite slow.We caught a few bluegills and a few crappies...but nothing of size.The mosquito's had a feast on us for a few days afterwards.Glad to be home.
