Real nice looking mess of fish. Glad you had such a good day with your grandson........ he'll remember this day for a long time. Congrats, and great report.
But the bite was good.Took the grandson to cc,put in around 8 this am.Fished the bluff area north of the ramp.Just vertical jigged trolling real slow.Had a limit around noon with 1 walleye. Not many shorts at all.It was very windy and hot.Best colors was root beer/char. and black/char.Also put in cedar and bamboo stake beds on the east side bluff out about 50 ft.from the bluff in about 20 fow.

We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish
stay after him logan teach the ole granpa how it's done, nice going arkie, the bluff is where I caught them last trip.
Nice day in that wind. Congrats
Fish like your hungry!
How deep were they along the bluff or were they sitting on the bottom?
New goal 16" crappie by December 30
nice job arky. looking forward to taking a grandkid fishing some day......but for now i will settle for my daughters.
Just call me......"Killswitch"....Rofl
good going arky and logan.
Danny W,they were from about 6-10 ft.down.The walleye was a little deeper.Lost 1 big walley when i finally got it out of the water, should b smart enough to take the net that i leave in the truck.Plus lost some good crappie up out of the water also. The only reason i had to stay on the troller was on account of the wind.If u go back and look at some of the things that have been posted on here by Beagle Man u can sure learn a lot.The old man is as sharp as a tack on this crappie fishing.Sunday night my brother-in-law went and caught them close to the bank.
Nice mess of fish! Great job taking the grandson!
