Slow day for us on the Grand
But we did meet up with PommeKing,Ranger397,Just Jiggin and Hardhunter.
Nothing to report for fishing. We did catch plenty of wind. Whipped by the trolling motor today.
Hardhunter did finaly get into them in the afternoon. We were in the AC heading home by the time he called. WTG Matt.Hands Clapping

Same here. Lots of wind and little catching. We managed to eek out five pretty good size ones 11"+, but it was a lot of work. Couldn't get them to bite and I am sure we missed a few bites with the wind.
Slabmaster II
fished the lower osage and pomme arms today with same results. the wind was battering. we did manage to catch 11 keepers and a few shorts but it was tough. most of em came 10-15 fow and 8-12 deep. caught some casting and quite a few slow trolling white/chart off of steeper banks. pulled some from cedars. hard to put together a good pattern when you have to try to find someplace the wind doesn't blow you off of the water! hope tomorrow is better.
What happens on the lake... makes for good stories at least

seems like the bite has been real slow since I been fishing truman, guess I better get back to stockton and mess it up. oh well at least you werel not at home smokin ribs and brisket like I was, now got to finish them off today, darn, better luck next time on the fishing.
