Where in the world is Frank Holten? Im assuming this is a lake, and not an actual guy. Or maybe it is a lake named after an actual guy. Regardless, I am unsure who he is, or where his lake is...but hey maybe its loaded with slabs. I dont know. By the way, its sunday and the wind is down but im not fishin. Took one look at Rend and a local lake by my house and retired to the NCAA tournament. I dont like muddy water.

it is close to st. louis but in illinois, technically it is in E. st. louis i think, but just over the edge. maybe it is stookey township or edgemont. it is a state park and golf course. now, somebody tell me if they have caught fish from there and we may be onto something.

Go to Google Earth to view anything you want to see. It is easy to use and free. I am checking lakes out every day. We leave tonight for Lake Arkabutla, Ms and I know every inch of it form the satilite.
