    Default Eastern NE crappie anglers

I was curious about water temperatures at Branched Oak and if anyone was having success in shallow water for crappies. Specific spots are not needed, I just didn’t know if the majority of crappies have left deep water (15ft. +) yet. I maybe coming from G.I on Friday to spend the day and thought I would postpone the trip till next week if everyone’s reports seemed slow.

I haven't tried Branched Oak yet. But heard word-of-mouth that the fishing was pretty great out there this past week. Guy named Arnold said he landed some pretty good bluegills and crappie, didn't tell me how or where on the lake though.
