Crappie near Truman Dam

Anybody fish near (above or below) Truman Dam recently? I'm going to be camping at Truman State Park next weekend and going after blue cats and crappie. If the catfish are slow, it will probably turn in to a pure crappie fishing trip. :D

They are killing them along the bluff's between longshoal and tebo.

I went down below the dam tonight an did good all good eating size no big ones.

have herd that they are biten there in the evening about a hour or so before the sun goes down. but thats been a 2-3 wks ago.
