Momma wants to go fishing fer mothers day (smithville or Watkins mill)

Ok. The wifey wants to catch some crappie for mothers day! Although she won't eat it, she loves catch'n em. We are planning to go to either smithville or Watkins mill. We plan on bank fishing but the only setback is we will be bringing our 1yo daughter (no baby sitters available). So we need to find a spot where the fish are biting and has a relatively clear area to setup a pack and play! Lol. No ticks ha ha! I know it's a tall order but momma gets what she wants, right? So any ideas?

We decided on smithville or Watkins mill cause it seams they have better manicured shore lines! Lol. Last time I was at Watkins, it looks like they mow grass all the way to shoreline.

Plenty of good spots at Sville, try the w bridge acess close to c.

It's a pretty obvious spot and will probably be crowded, but you might look right across from Camp Branch .. Northeast corner of the Collins bridge. The fishing can be pretty decent and there is plenty of room for the little one to run & play.
